The following audio "Guided Exploration" will take you on a journey within to explore your passions, gifts, talents and desires - all of which speak to your life purpose. Your purpose in life stems from the essence of your being, it is the who that you are, and what you give to the world. You cannot mess it up, because it is you. The "Me I Was Born to Be" audio will help you to clarify this authentic essence and find ways to express this truth more clearly and share your gifts with the world.
The audio is only about 18 minutes long, but I suggest setting aside 25-30 minutes for this process, as it is good to give yourself time to reflect and take notes after listening.
